What follows is our standard shipping policy for all items from our online store.
All shipping and handling charges will be presented in full during the checkout procedure for the item or items that you order. When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email to insure that all the information is accurate. All items that are in-stock will be shipped within 48 to 72 business hours using UPS, USPS, DHL or another designated carrier.
To prevent the possibility of fraud, all shipments are delivered to the address stated on the buyer’s payment order. For Paypal payments, the Paypal confirmed shipping address is used. There will not be any rerouting of packages to different addresses.
All products are shipped through the UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are made. The UPS Ground Service will normally take from 1 to 7 business days to ship your item from the time that the order is received.
For P.O. Boxes and A.P.O. addresses, shipments will be via the USPS mail system. The type of shipping method used will also depend on your geographic location. In some instances, not all shipping methods will be available.
International orders are handled through the following services;

- UPS Express
- USPS Priority
Whichever is the least expensive carrier will be chosen to ship your items. You can contact our customer service department for international shipping rates.
There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges as the buyer is responsible for that and any additional charges that might be incurred by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for the re-delivery charges of the item or items if they miss the scheduled delivery times. There are some delivering companies that require brokerage services. If that is the case, our company is not responsible for any brokerage services in any way, shape or form. All international customers are responsible for the following;

All international orders will be shipped using the most inexpensive and economical system that is chosen by our shipping team. If you have any preferences, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
During the shipping of the ordered item, there is the possibility that they may be damaged. All damages that occur during the time the item is shipped are the responsibility of the shipping company. In order to protect yourself, it is advised that you inspect the item before the driver of the shipping company leaves otherwise your claim of damage may be denied by the shipping company.
If damage to your item or items has occurred, please direct all claims to the shipping company itself as they are responsible for the items. Our company is not liable for any damage items during the shipping process, only the shipping company itself is responsible. A signed receipt without any notation of damage indemnifies the carrier as well as our company from any further claims of damage. If the discover of any damage is made after the delivery has been cleared, then the responsibility lies with the customer.
