Returns & Refunds:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your product(s) for an exchange or a store credit. Your store credit is in the form of a gift card that you may used at any time for the purchase of new products. It is not our policy to offer refunds, but we will gladly work with you to ensure your complete and total satisfaction.

We will work with you to correct the situation and bring your issue to a positive outcome. We value your patronage and want to be sure you are pleased with your purchase every step of the way.



Return Process:

Before returning your item(s), please follow our instructions so we can provide you with a smooth and pleasant transaction. Please include the original factory box and packaging materials. We will need these items in order to continue with any return procedures.

We highly recommend that your return your items directly to iHidroUSA along with your tracking confirmation and appropriate insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the return shipping.


Return Shipping Costs:

Just as if you purchased a product in a local store, you are solely responsible for its return. We do not cover return shipping charges for any reason and all charges are non-refundable. Please contact us if you need any assistance in assuring the item is sent back correctly.


Damaged Items:

Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please return the item as described in our "Return Process". We will gladly replace the item and ship back a new replacement at our cost. We will take extra care to ensure the replacement item is in excellent, new condition. Only when we are completely satisfied that this item is perfect, will we send it off to you, promptly.
